Using GadaGo
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Rides and fares
Trip estimates may vary where the route, destination, waiting time or trip conditions change. The amount and available payment methods are presented through the service.
Rider responsibilities
Riders are expected to confirm vehicle details, wear seat belts, avoid unsafe conduct and treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers must maintain valid documents, meet applicable vehicle standards, follow road rules and provide trips safely and professionally.
Cancellations and issues
Cancellation charges, refunds and adjustments may depend on trip circumstances and applicable service rules shown in the app.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where there is suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated misuse or a legal requirement to do so.
